Ergonomic Manual Override: We designed the handwheel with a unique “pop-out” mechanism. To engage, the operator lifts the anti-misoperation pin and pushes the handwheel inward. The gear engages instantly for emergency operation. A padlock hole on the handwheel shaft prevents unauthorized manual intervention.
Dual-Seal Technology: The housing uses O-rings for static seals and oil seals for dynamic seals (shafts). This ensures the actuator maintains its IP68 rating even after years of operation.
Modular Terminal Board: The spring-loaded terminal blocks accept a wide range of wire gauges (0.8 to 2.5 mm²) and allow for quick, secure connections without the need for specialized tools.
Protect Function
Mechanical Over-Torque (via Software): While the multi-turn ip68 electric actuator does not use mechanical friction clutches, our software-controlled torque sensing provides a more accurate and repeatable torque limit that does not degrade over time.
