Unlike traditional worm-gear actuators, this part-turn intelligent actuator employs a patented planetary gear transmission. Our factory designed this mechanism to eliminate the manual/electric shift lever, a common failure point in competitor models. 2. Non-Intrusive, Full-Command Setup

2. BJ05-IIC Intermittent Modulating Type

  • Also supports proportional control (4-20mA positioning).

  • Up to 60 starts per hour (600 starts for three-phase models).

  • Duty cycle: 33.3%. Perfect for regulating valves in tank level control or simple flow loops.

3. BJM05-IIC Frequent Modulating Type

  • The factory equips this variant with solid-state relays (no mechanical contact wear).

  • Up to 1200 starts per hour (600 for single-phase).

  • Duty cycle: 50%. Higher positioning accuracy.

  • Designed for demanding closed-loop control in chemical injection, dosing, or HVAC systems.

Factory custom options: You can order flameproof (Ex db IIC T4 Gb), dust explosion-proof (Ex tb IIIC T130°C Db), or a split-body version (BJM-IICF). The split design places the control unit up to 10 meters away from the actuator, ideal for high-temperature or high-vibration zones.
